Delivery and Payment terms

Delivery and Payment Terms

1.
a) Delivery always refers to goods shipped free from Expograf’s warehouse.
b) Unless otherwise confirmed in writing by Expograf in each individual case, the buyer shall pay the full invoiced amount to Expograf within 30 days from the invoice date. The buyer has no right to alter the invoiced amount, even if an error on Expograf’s part exists. In such cases, Expograf must be informed of the error without delay, and within 8 days of the invoice date, so that Expograf may issue a credit note for the overcharged amount or otherwise correct the error.
c) From the 31st day after the invoice date, interest on overdue payments will be charged at 24% per year. After 60 days from the invoice date, the debt will be subject to collection proceedings, and all related costs will be paid by the buyer. The buyer will also lose the right to further credit.
d) Delivered goods remain the property of Expograf until they have been paid for in full. However, the buyer assumes responsibility for the goods from the moment they leave Expograf’s warehouse.

2.
Changes in customs duties, taxes, excise duties, or other public fees that increase Expograf’s delivery costs entitle Expograf to raise the agreed price.

3.
All prices are exclusive of VAT.

Transport Damage

4.
All transport is at the buyer’s risk. Expograf is therefore not responsible for any damage that may occur during transport. The buyer must make a claim directly to the carrier. Such claims must, according to the Nordic Association of Freight Forwarders, be made without undue delay — normally immediately upon visible loss or damage, and within 7 days of receipt in other cases.

Warranty

5.
Expograf guarantees that the goods are free from defects in material and workmanship at the time of delivery. No warranty is given regarding performance during use.

6.
If the goods are found to have been defective when handed over by Expograf for transport to the buyer, Expograf will reimburse the amount paid by the buyer for the goods. Expograf is not liable for any further damage or loss. The defective goods must be returned to Expograf.

Claims

7.
The buyer must promptly inspect the delivered goods and, if any shortage or defect is found, notify Expograf within 8 days from the invoice date. This does not apply to transport damage — see point 4.

Returns

8.
Goods may not be returned without Expograf’s prior consent. If goods are nevertheless returned, this is entirely at the buyer’s own risk, and Expograf assumes no responsibility.

9.
If Expograf has approved the return and is at fault — for example, due to incorrect shipment or manufacturing defect — Expograf will bear all related costs.
If Expograf has approved a return without being at fault, the buyer will be credited for the invoiced amount, and Expograf reserves the right to charge a return fee of 20% of that amount (minimum 200 SEK). In this case, the goods must be returned with prepaid freight.

10.
For each return, the buyer must specify the invoice number and date, as well as the delivery note.

Special Order and Printed Products

11.
Returns of special-order goods are not accepted, unless there is a printing error or similar defect caused by Expograf. For goods not normally kept in stock and for printed products, Expograf reserves the right to deliver up to 10% more or less than the agreed quantity.

Force Majeure

12.
Expograf accepts no liability if the fulfillment of the delivery is hindered, delayed, or made more difficult due to circumstances beyond Expograf’s control — such as labor disputes, war, government restrictions, import/export bans, seizures, or any other circumstance causing operational disruptions at Expograf, its suppliers, or in transport systems.

Reservation

13.
All factual and price information is provided subject to printing errors. Expograf also reserves the right to change sales terms at any time, without the buyer’s consent, to adapt them to current conditions
